Martha Neal, Secretary, of Whip Appeal Leather Inc. had been involved making clothes for many years
including boxing shorts for different boxers before Whip Appeal Leather even came to exist
Christela Neal, sister of Frederick Neal, was the person who discovered the name Whip Appeal to use for
the duration of Fred's Boxing career.
Frederick Neal, used the name Whip Appeal as part of his Professional Boxing Career as well as the
Brand Name for the Fashion World that was later to come.
